The government introduced the International Court of Justice (Review and Reconsideration) Ordinance, 2020 in the National Assembly for endorsement, Geo News wrote about Monday. 

Counsel to the Prime Minister on Parliamentary Affairs Babar Awan introduced the bill in the get together.

IHC moved for legitimate agent

On tenth April, 2017, Jadhav was attempted in a military court, which condemned him to death for surveillance and rebellious exercises. On May 18, 2017, the ICJ requested Pakistan to stop the execution of Jadhav until a ultimate conclusion was made in the procedures. 

On July 17, the court dismissed India's allure for Jadhav's discharge and requested that Pakistan suspend the execution. It decided that Pakistan should survey the whole procedure of preliminary and conviction of Jadhav and give India consular access.
