 Covid immunization to start from Feb 3, says Sindh wellbeing pastor

KARACHI: Sindh Health Minister Dr Azra Pechuho said Monday that the first Covid immunization stage in the area would launch from February 3. 


In the main stage, the pastor said that forefront laborers would be immunized against the infection, while individuals more than 60-years old would be vaccinated in the subsequent stage. 


Talking about Sinopharm's Covid immunization's viability, the wellbeing clergyman said that it was 90% viable against Covid. "The comfort of all Karachi locale has been thought of." 


In addition, in the third stage, everyone will be immunized, she said, adding that during the stage, inoculation focuses will be expanded across the region's regions. 


Recently, a Pakistan Air Force airplane brought back the country's first transfer of COVID-19 antibodies from China, Special Assistant to the Prime Minister (SAPM) on Health Dr Faisal Sultan affirmed.
